25 May the Russian State Library celebrated the All – Russian Library Day. At the ceremony its staff were handed the “Veteran of the RSL” certificates and other awards. Mikhail Schwartzman, head of the Department of studying computer systems of the Administrative department of management and monitoring service for clients (UFKS) got the breast jubilee medal “Nikolay Petrovich Rumiantsev, founding father of the Russian State Library” for the significant contribution into its development. Andrey Diomochkin, Artem Poltorykhin and Andrey Gavrishov, who were also the specialists of the UFKS, were thanked.

 

The ceremony was continued then by announcing winners of the Review contest of the best conditions of work in the sphere of labour protection which had been carried out within the period 20 February – 31 March 2018. The staff of the UFKS RSL were awarded as winners taking the second place in nomination “Best subdivision in labour protection with 2 – 30 specialists”.

 

The staff of the UFKS RSL are congratulating their colleagues from other Russian libraries and we are wishing them all to keep the same creative attitude towards our work!
