19–21 September, 2023, in Tomsk there was held All-Russia Forum “University library – you may do it!”. The aim of the event was to gather heads and specialists of libraries, students, publishers and aggregators of information, representatives of authorities and business community to discuss urgent matters of running libraries of higher education establishments, to share knowledge, skills and experiences at the professional level.
