Polonsky, historian and teacher, specialist in ruling dynasties and member of History and Genealogy Society, the Russian Noble Assembly and the Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society, is going to make you acquainted with the Sultanate of Oman, the only Arabian sultanate in the world and the only Arabian monarchy which used to be a colonial empire.
