November 21-22, 2024, the Ministry of Culture of Novosibirsk region, Novosibirsk State Regional Scientific Library and Novosibirsk Library Community are inviting the professionals of the library sphere, teachers and students, alongside with researchers of higher educational establishments, writers and publishers and all those who feel interested in the development of library business in Russia, to take part in the 3^rd future forum “New Way and New Possibilities. Library as a Global Platform of the 21^st Century” which is going to be held in a hybrid format in Novosibirsk.

Among the main forum themes there should be pointed out role of library in strengthening civil unity of the nation, foresight projecting “Library 2030”, transformation of libraries in the era of digital changes, creative technologies in library life, etc.
